Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in Nutella to create swirls throughout the batter.
- Fill muffin cups about three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool in the tin for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
