- 3 tablespoons miso paste (preferably white)
- 2 cups water or low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup firm or soft tofu, diced
- 1/4 cup dried wakame seaweed, soaked and drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: chop the green onions and dice the tofu.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- In a small bowl, whisk 3 tablespoons of miso paste with a ladle of hot broth until smooth. Stir this mixture back into the pot.
- Gently add the tofu cubes and soaked wakame seaweed to the simmering broth. Heat through for about three minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions right before serving. Ladle into bowls and enjoy!

- Customize your soup by adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- To enhance flavor, consider adding a splash of sesame oil just before serving.
