Instructions

- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag with half of the marinade; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Make Mango Salsa: In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently; set aside.
- Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (around 400°F).
- Grill Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve: Let chicken rest briefly before topping with mango salsa and serving.
