Instructions
- In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves until fragrant.
- Add lime juice and honey/agave syrup; stir well to combine.
- Pour in sparkling water and iced water, stirring gently to maintain fizz.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves and whole blackberries if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute blackberries with raspberries or strawberries for different flavors.
- For an added twist, try using flavored sparkling water such as lemon or berry.
