Instructions
- 1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat slightly and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
- 2. Prepare Soy Sauce Mixture: While the eggs cook, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- 3. Cool and Peel Eggs: Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath or run under cold water until cool. Peel carefully.
- 4. Marinate the Eggs: Submerge peeled eggs in the soy sauce mixture for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best flavor).
- 5. Serve: Plate marinated eggs, topping with green onions and sesame seeds before enjoying.
Notes
- For added flavor, experiment with different herbs or spices in the marinade.
