- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup green onions, sliced
- ½ cup jalapeños, sliced (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup guacamole
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Once melted, add green onions and jalapeños. Drizzle with sour cream and add dollops of guacamole before serving immediately.
