- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned

- 1. Marinate the beef: Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add beef strips and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Sauté veggies: Heat a skillet with a splash of sesame oil. Stir-fry bell peppers and carrots for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
- 3. Cook the beef: In the same skillet, add the marinated beef and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
- 4. Mix together: Add sautéed veggies back into the skillet with the beef. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Serve: Spoon cooked rice into bowls and top with the beef and veggie mixture. Drizzle with additional sesame oil if desired.
Notes
- For added texture, consider serving with steamed broccoli or a fresh cucumber salad.
- Customize your bowls by swapping in seasonal veggies or adding toppings like green onions or sesame seeds.
