  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Toss diced strawberries with a tablespoon of flour to prevent sinking. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs with vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  5. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Gently fold in the floured strawberries.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
