Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut out circles (3 inches in diameter) using a round cutter or glass.
- Place shredded mozzarella and desired toppings in the center of each circle.
- Fold each circle over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Brush mini pizzas with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dip.
