Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full and top with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
