Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, chili flakes, parsley, pepper, and honey until creamy.
- Lay one sheet of filo pastry on a clean surface and brush lightly with olive oil; repeat with two more sheets.
- Spoon the filling along one edge of the layered pastry and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing; enjoy warm.
