Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch round baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is shiny.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until the edges are set but the center remains soft. Allow it to cool completely in the pan before removing.
