Instructions

- Place the cubed bread evenly in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gently fold the sliced bananas into the custard mixture.
- Pour the custard over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are coated well.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
