Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sift together flour and cocoa powder. Gradually fold into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and layer with chunks of cookie dough on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out slightly fudgy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
