- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions; pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until set but slightly underbaked.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownies and smooth it out gently.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 30-35 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce and refrigerating for at least four hours.
