Instructions

- Drop tablespoon-sized amounts onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool completely on wire racks.
- Assemble by placing a scoop of ice cream between two cookies and pressing gently.
