- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), chopped
- 1 cup red onion, cut into thick chunks
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and clean the grates.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the steak marinates, chop the bell peppers and zucchini.
- Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers alternately for an appealing presentation.
- Grill skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
- Let kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the veggies based on your preferences; mushrooms or cherry tomatoes also work well.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
