- 1 lb sirloin steak, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the diced sirloin to the pan and sear until browned and cooked to your liking (about 3-4 minutes).
- Lower the heat slightly, then add minced garlic and chunks of unsalted butter. Stir until the butter melts and combines with the beef juices.
- Toss in chopped parsley along with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to coat all pieces in the sauce.
- Serve immediately on a platter and enjoy!
Notes
- Experiment with different seasonings or add chili flakes for some heat.
- For a unique flavor, try using herb-infused butter.
