- 2 cups plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each mold evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top before freezing.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
- Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- Swap peanut butter with almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.
- For added nutrition, mix in chopped nuts or seeds before freezing.
