Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each mold evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top before freezing.
  5. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
  6. Once frozen, pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
