Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches with ½ cup of granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss gently until coated.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, remaining sugar, and salt. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
