Instructions

- Make Berry Compote: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine mixed berries, lemon juice, and sugar. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens into a syrup.
- Serve: Stack pancakes on plates and generously drizzle warm berry compote over them.
