- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Gradually add heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
