Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 450°F/232°C). Clean and lightly oil the grates.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Generously coat the ribeye steaks with the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness; adjust time as desired.
- After grilling, allow the steaks to rest under aluminum foil for about 10 minutes before slicing against the grain to serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate your ribeyes overnight.
- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness; aim for 130°F for medium-rare.
- Pair with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
