Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with taco seasoning, salt, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Mix everything together for an additional minute over heat and serve warm with tortillas or rice.
