  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 12 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers in a dash of oil until soft and caramelized (7-10 minutes).
  3. Push the veggies aside and add the sliced steak; season with garlic powder and cook until browned but juicy (3-4 minutes).
  4. Cut slider rolls in half horizontally. Layer sautéed veggies followed by steak on the bottom halves.
  5. Top each slider with provolone cheese slices. Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

  • -You can include sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños for extra kick.
