- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and bell peppers in a dash of oil until soft and caramelized (7-10 minutes).
- Push the veggies aside and add the sliced steak; season with garlic powder and cook until browned but juicy (3-4 minutes).
- Cut slider rolls in half horizontally. Layer sautéed veggies followed by steak on the bottom halves.
- Top each slider with provolone cheese slices. Arrange sliders on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using cheddar or pepper jack cheese.
