- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning with olive oil. Marinate the fish fillets for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes per side until flaky.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute per side until soft.
- Assemble each taco by layering grilled fish, shredded cabbage, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve lime wedges on the side.
