Celebrate summer with this mouthwatering grilled corn on the cob, featuring sweet, smoky flavors that make it the perfect side for your Memorial Day gatherings.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and rinse under cool water to remove silk.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chili powder if desired.
  4. Place the corn directly on the grill grates, turning every few minutes until charred and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill and squeeze lime juice over each ear before serving.

Notes

  •  For extra flavor, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep it moist.
  • Experiment with toppings like garlic butter or fresh herbs for a unique twist.
