Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Husk the corn and rinse under cool water to remove silk.
- Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chili powder if desired.
- Place the corn directly on the grill grates, turning every few minutes until charred and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from grill and squeeze lime juice over each ear before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep it moist.
- Experiment with toppings like garlic butter or fresh herbs for a unique twist.
