Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions while the beef mixture simmers.
- To serve, place cooked rice in bowls and top with the beef mixture. Garnish with sliced green onions and optional veggies.
