Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract.
- Form small balls (about one tablespoon each) of the mixture, flatten them into patties, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled patty into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- For a unique twist, consider using white chocolate for dipping.
- Ensure your peppermint extract is fresh for the best flavor.
