Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)

- In a large bowl, mix the oats, chopped nuts, and seeds until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before mixing in the dried fruits.
Notes
- For added flavor, toast your oats before mixing.
- Feel free to experiment with different nuts or include dark chocolate chips for a sweet twist!
