  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional), chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, searing until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; let simmer gently for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted completely, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer together for another 2 minutes before serving.
