Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare your ingredients: Dice the chicken and mince the garlic.
  2. 2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add seasoned chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  3. 3. Add garlic and pasta: Stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. 4. Create the sauce: Drain pasta, reserving some cooking water. Combine cooked pasta with chicken in the skillet. Stir in reserved water and mozzarella, allowing to melt together.
