Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower until it resembles rice; rinse under cold water and drain well.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
 - Add grated cauliflower, carrots, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for about five minutes until tender yet slightly crispy.
 - Stir in frozen peas and cook for an additional two minutes until heated through.
 - Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the mixture; stir well to combine.
 - If using eggs, create a well in the center, pour in beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked through.
 - Serve hot as a main dish or side.
