Quick, Healthy, and Flavorful Bites

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: Makes approximately 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon, drained
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients in a clean workspace.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the drained salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide).
  4. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place patties in the skillet without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with tartar sauce or fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Chill patties for 30 minutes before cooking for an extra crispy exterior.
  •  Experiment with herbs like dill or add garlic for a flavor boost.
