Instructions

- Stir in lemon juice and half the zest, allowing the aroma to fill your kitchen.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. If dry, gradually add reserved pasta water.
- Remove from heat; mix in grated Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with remaining lemon zest and chopped parsley.
