- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the spinach until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, and softened cream cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Stir in garlic powder, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden on top.
