- 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 10–12 strawberries)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, covering about halfway. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place on parchment paper.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with crushed almonds, coconut flakes, or colorful sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
- Experiment with different types of chocolate (milk or white) to suit your taste preferences.
- Consider adding sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor combination.
