Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
- In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet or grill pan. Generously spread the mustard glaze over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or grill for 4-5 minutes per side until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or dill.
