Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix in the flour, salt, and chopped nuts until fully combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into small balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden on the bottom. Allow cooling slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
- After they cool completely, give them another generous dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute walnuts or pecans with almonds for a unique twist.
- For added warmth, sprinkle cinnamon into the dough before baking.
