Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture evenly into mini tart pans. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; check at 15 minutes.
- While crusts cool, whip chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fill cooled tart shells with whipped cream and top with fresh fruits.
- For added flair, drizzle honey or sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
