Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Rinse the cherries and remove the pits; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until frothy.
- In another bowl, sift together flour and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture while whisking until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cherries and pour the batter into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- For added flavor, consider substituting cherries with blueberries or peaches.
