Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Create a well in the center and add milk and eggs. Mix gently until just combined.
- Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for about 2 minutes until smooth but slightly sticky.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
