Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl, then mix in sugar until fully combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture; fold gently until just combined.
- Fold in chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean but slightly moist.
- Allow cooling before slicing into squares.
