- 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions
- Marinate the Skirt Steak: In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil, juice of 2 limes, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, and 1 tsp salt. Add skirt steak and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Sear the Steak: Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated skirt steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Rest and Slice: Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice against the grain into thin strips.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a pan or over an open flame until pliable.
- Assemble Tacos: Lay sliced skirt steak on each tortilla and top with diced onions, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
- Serve immediately with additional salsa and lime wedges.
