Instructions
- If using, crush biscuit crumbs into fine particles and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup; adjust sweetness to taste.
- Gradually mix in protein powder until velvety smooth; add milk or more yogurt if too thick.
- Spoon the filling into serving cups, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, consider substituting Greek yogurt with cottage cheese or incorporating fruit purees.
