Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry and gently coat each side in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Drizzle fresh lemon juice over each fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like dill or thyme to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Swap tilapia for any mild white fish such as cod or haddock if desired.
