Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak tips (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat, then sear steak tips until browned on all sides (about 4-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat.
- In another pan, melt remaining butter, add heavy cream, and stir until heated. Gradually mix in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine rigatoni with the creamy sauce and steak tips in a large bowl; mix gently to coat.
- Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan and cracked black pepper.
Notes
- Substitute rigatoni with your favorite pasta shape or add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for added nutrition.
- For a cheesy alternative, consider using nutritional yeast instead of traditional cheese.
