- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Place salmon in the baking dish and drizzle the garlic-butter mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using shallots instead of garlic or adding lemon zest for extra brightness.
- Pair with roasted vegetables or rice pilaf for a complete meal.
