Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
- Stir in butter beans and vegetable broth. Cook on medium heat until warmed through.
- Season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until heated throughout.
- Just before serving, drizzle with fresh lemon juice for added brightness.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
