- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
- Substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese for a lighter version.
- Add diced jalapeños for an extra kick.
